Dance Passion

Yesterday, December 16th, the Highland Hotel in Bar Dubai hosted the Gala Dance and lunch marking the end of the first term of the Ballroom Dance classes. The group of enthusiastic boys and girls along with their teacher Mrs. Margarita performed different classic dances as Cha-Cha, Samba and Waltz.
It was a hard work for the little ones and their parents, as the dance lessons are held two times a week for one hour each. Apart from that every different dance requires different costumes which have to be made by order at a tailoring shop.
The dance teacher Mrs. Margarita is originally from Russia and lives in Dubai for a number of years. Her own dancing experience began at age of 10 with professional gymnastic, but her heart really went to dancing and since age of 14 until today she brightens the dance floors with a lot of passion and dedication. Here I must say that the Russian dance performers are considered some of the best all over the world. A good example is the Rostov ballet which performed The Nutcracker and Giselle earlier this month at the Medinat Jumeirah Theatre.

The dance classes will begin again around 10th of January. For detailed information, feel free to call Mrs. Margarita on 050 7442184
